Through collaboration with researchers across malaria-endemic countries, MalariaGEN stewards the world's largest data sets of malaria genome variation in humans, Plasmodium falciparum, and Anopheles gambiae.

Thanks to our partners, MalariaGEN data is open access and its curation allows different analyses from different locations to be linked and compared. Typically, data are released under specific Terms of Use or data release policies. We ask data users to respect the contributions of their scientific colleagues and abide by the relevant terms of use, and always provide appropriate acknowledgment.
